We have been unable to see you face-to-face for a while, so Oral Hygiene has never been more important. Always brush in the morning and the evening with a fluoride toothpaste. The use of floss or interdental brushes will help clear away food and bacteria stuck between your teeth, thus preventing decay and gum disease.
